It Is JUMBOGroup of Restaurants Pte Ltd's vehicle to grow in China. JUMBOGroup of Restaurants began with JUMBO Seafood, a home-grown seafood restaurantthat was established in 1987 and best known for its chilli and black peppercrabs. The JUMBO story soon evolved after years of restaurant managementexperience and now includes six diverse dining concepts that serve more than6,000 diners and more than 1,000 kg of Live Crabs daily. In2008, we established a Central Kitchen at our corporate headquarters to conductR&D as well as to achieve better consistency in food quality across ourvarious dining brands.
