SIP Dulwich College United School,also known as Dulwich International High School Suzhou (DHSZ) is a selective,English-medium, co-educational four-year high school. Our students are highlymotivated and learning focused which makes it a delight to teach them. Themajority of our current 650 students are PRC nationals who will pursue theiruniversity studies at excellent universities and colleges outside China. Tothis end, our students opt out of the Chinese education system at the end of juniormiddle school to follow a curriculum leading to IGCSEs and A Levels.We are one of afamily of schools owned and operated by Dulwich College International (DCI),based in Shanghai. DCIwas founded in 2003, with full approval and authority from Dulwich CollegeLondon and currently owns 11 schools inChina, Seoul, Singapore and Vietnam. We opened inSeptember 2012 in temporary premises within the beautiful grounds of theprestigious Suzhou High School, in the heart of the old town of Suzhou inJiangsu Province. In August 2015, we moved to our new purpose-built campuswhich is located in the developing SIP district of Suzhou, right next door toDulwich’s other school in Suzhou, DCSZ, which is a 3- 18 international school,offering IGCSE and the IB diploma.In line with theDulwich College educational philosophy, we offer a holistic approach to theeducation of our high performing students, which is centred on a rigorous andadvanced academic programme based around the UK’s University of CambridgeInternational Examinations A-level qualification.
