北京中英衡达海事顾问有限公司（CMS）是由中国船级社实业公司（CCSI）和英国THOMAS MILLER公司共同出资组建的合资公司。2008年设立北京中英衡达海事顾问有限公司上海分公司。公司作为的第三方从事海事检验和咨询业务，2010年成为TMN检验集团联盟中国地区唯一的会员公司。我公司提供的技术报告和咨询建议为高人民法院、有关海事主管部门、国内外航运界客户所广泛接受。

China Marine Services Company Ltd. is a joint venture between the China Classification Society Industrial Corporation (CCSI) and Thomas Miller P & I Ltd., providing surveying and consultancy services to the maritime industry in China and overseas. To undertake in time services, CMS has organized its service network in different ports along China's coastline, branch companies or offices at Shanghai, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Dalian, and also inland cities. CMS also has been invited to be a member of TMN survey group this year, which is the only legally agency in China, recognized by international cargo insurers.
