成都业瑞房地产开发有限公司系新加坡SG GLOBAL（SG **）旗下全资子公司。SG GLOBAL是一家多元化跨国经营的世界级大型集团公司、公司股东分别来自于新加坡、印尼的大橡胶、棕榈油生产商的集团、地产、金融、的多家跨国集团公司。公司的部分股东目前已在中国的上海、成都、青岛、郑州投资了数个全国性知名企业。
