Plant Manager for auto parts industry
l Efficiency review with the help of the production reports, the monthly reports, Q reports and benchmarking of the key indicators, PEL account.
l Management of personnel employment according to economical aspects. Development of subordinates through use of PMP.
l Organisation and control of the implementation and use of all regulations laid out by the legislator of the employer, eg business organisation, working time organisation, work safety laws, operational safety orders, accident prevention guidelines, environmental laws, work place guidelines, building regulations, technical regulations for fire prevention etc. To ensure corporate/segment initiatives are implemented with in the plant and that progress is monitored (SixSigma, PMP, etc).
l Nominating investment plans, nominating investment proposals or release of investment according to the Group Investment guidelines.
l The job holder is obligated to carry out additional individual tasks that occur within his field if it is necessary for the running of the business. The Plant Manager is Environmental Manager and has the authority and responsibility for the use and maintenance of the Environmental Management System according to DIN EN ISO 14001 at the location.
l Develop robust supply partnership, modern supply chain and materials management techniques.
