About Contract Logistics Division
Contract Logistics is a core pan-China function under the new KEAS structure. The objectives of this division are to:
Formulate and implement pan-China Contract Logistics strategy;
Provide a one-stop supply chain solution to all national customers and ensure a standardized platform across all regions;
Manage all key/major accounts (except those purely freight and purely express accounts);
Provide national customer service support to those key/major accounts;
Develop new/key industry segments including: aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, cold chain, dangerous goods, high-end retail, as well as bonded logistics business;
Develop supply chain models/solutions, and provide national support on the following areas: process management, industrial engineering, standard operating procedures, and system support;
Help all KEAS regions to build their business development, customer service and solution implementation capabilities;
Help to develop the trading business.
