沈阳科迪通达矿山机械有限公司前身是东北煤矿洗选设备公司，始建于1991年。公司下辖选煤设计研究所、选煤（矿山）机械制造厂、煤矿（40%股权）和炼焦煤选煤厂，年总产值肆亿叁仟万，是东北地区唯一集选煤设备研发、选煤厂工程设计、选煤（矿山）机械制造及采煤、选煤于一体的股份制公司。中煤选煤协会东北分会和选煤情报站东北地区站亦设置在本公司。
