1997年成立荣星实业有限公司，主要从事出口贸易；1999年成立三兄刀具有限公司，为欧美日等国外知名刀具品牌客户进行贴牌代工生产，企业集团进入快速发展阶段；2000年成立方圆木制品有限公司，为国外品牌客户代工生产菜板、木刀座等；2007年成立广州市三兄刀具有限公司，凭借十年丰富的代工经验，利用已掌握的国外先进刀具制造工艺，推出适合中国家庭使用的高级刀具产品，全力开拓国内市场，打造国内刀具品牌。2009年成立美珑美利贸易有限公司，同年5月1日，推出“美珑美利”品牌，产品线从原来的厨房刀具、刀座菜板等木制品延展至厨房锅具、煲具、厨房小工具、厨房小配件等厨房全系列产品。
目前集团厂房面积达5万平方米，拥有员工1000多人，年出口额达到3000万美元，内销品牌“美珑美利”专卖店已进驻北京、广州等国内大中城市。 2007年“锋彩”系列产品获得了第二届中国创新设计“红星奖”具创意奖。2008年 “天锐”系列厨房刀具获得具有工业奥斯卡之称的世界工业设计高奖项德国“IF设计大奖”，荣星公司成为获得该奖项的中国**家家居厨房用品企业。

Sam & Lam is one of the leading kitchenware manufactureres in China.

In 1997, Sam & Lam Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded as a trading company specializing in kitchen knives and household products.

With great success and experience, we invested our own kitchen knife factory--Brothers Cutlery in 1999 and Standard Woodenware Factory in 2001. In 2009, we developed a new brand “Millenarie” focus on the bloomy Chinese Market.

Benefited from more than 10 years experience of cooperation with our customers in Europe and US, we are able to guarantee that all our products are up to the international standard. We are proud of it that our quality product brings Chinese kitchenware to an upper standard.
