The company is situated in Zhenjiang economic development zone of Jiangsu Province, which is well known as “City Forest”. It borders the Yangtze River in the north, and is 60 kilometers to Nanjing in the west, 250 kilometers to Shanghai in the east. It is convenient in transportation and relatively perfect for the environment of economic development.
我公司是国内较早研制、开发、生产负离子发生器的单位之一，也是目前国内负离子发生器产量大的单位。我们瞄准了国外同类产品的先进技术和工艺，参考了美国、日本、荷兰、以色列、英国、韩国、中国等国家和地区同类产品，结合我国及本公司的实际情况，开发了HB系列空气负离子发生器、紫外灯组件、等离子集尘器、电子集尘器等产品，并对负离子发生器的作用和应用效果作了大量的推广工作，并参与制定了江苏省《空气净化器标准》和国家标准的研讨。目前，我公司生产的HB系列负离子发生器、紫外灯组件等离子集尘器、电子集尘器、电脑控制板、超声波加湿器被广泛用于房间空调器、多功能暖风机、空气净化器及军事领域，累计销售超过4000万套以上，用户遍布**，并获得良好的赞誉。公司通过ISO9001质量保证体系认证，系列产品获得中国电工产品认证委员会的CQC认证，德国TUV认证及UL认证,并通过了EMC（电磁兼容）检测，产品满足ROHS要求。
Ours is one of the early units engaging in research, development & manufacture of anion generator and H.V.B. It is also the biggest producer for these products in China at present. we began to aim at the advanced technology and process of the same variety of foreign products. Combing with the concrete circumstances of the company & our country, we have developed HB series of products such as air anion generator H.V.B, plasma duster,, electronic duster, ultraviolet lamp etc. with reference to the same products of USA, Japan, Netherlands, Israel, England, Korea, China Taiwan and other districts in the world. We have done a lot of work at popularization for the application and its effect of anion generator. We have also taken part in drawing up “Air Purifier Criteria” of Jiangsu Province and attended the state criteria symposium. HB series of products made by this company, such as anion generator, H.V.B, plasma duster, electronic duster and ultraviolet lamp, have been widely used in the industry of room air-conditioner, multi-function warm fan, air purifier and military field. The accumulated sales are over 25 million sets. With high reputation, our customers are all over the country.
The company took the lead, among the same trade, in going through quality authentication of ISO9001. Three series of the company’s products have passed CQC authentication of China Electrical Appliances Authentication Committee. Being the only enterprise among the same trade in China which has passed EMC testing German TUV authentication and UL authentication, it has laid a foundation for the international market.

Our products entered into the household appliances field such as warm fan and air purifier etc. in 1993, into military equipment field in 1995, and household air-conditioner field in 1996. Its sales volume began to rank first in China from 1998. The company has become a matching enterprise of such air-conditioner manufacturers as Haier, midea, Kelon，LG, HITACHI, SAMSUNG. We have eight offices in the whole country and can meet the needs of customers in time.

With strong capability in product development, advanced checking means, perfect quality control system, matured production process and competent staffs, our products are effectively guaranteed to be consistent & constant. At present, 99.9% products are up to the standard in their property in one-shot. Through continual modification on processing and with the help & instruction of customers, we have been trying hard to aim at “Zero Defect” and develop new products actively so as to better satisfy the customers with different demands.
公司占地面积3万平方米，主要生产设备有生产流水线、电脑绕线机、全自动下线剥线机、自动端子压接机、各种恒温箱,高温高湿箱及元器件成型机、无铅双波峰焊接机、零件切脚机、包胶带机、浸锡机、真空灌注机等120多台套。主要检验设备有空气负离子浓度测量仪、高压测量仪、耐压测试议、绝缘电阻测量仪、数字式LCR测量仪、线圈匝间绝缘冲击耐压试验仪、激光粉尘仪、照度测试仪、高低温交变湿热度验箱等共120多台套。完全能够满足正常生产和检验。目前公司具有单班年产负离子发生器800万套的能力。
The building area of the company is 30thousand m2. There are 120 sets of main production equipment including production line, computer-controlled coiler, full-automatic bottom coil stripper, automatic end pressing-jointer, various constant temperature cabinets & component shapers, wave crest welder and part-angle cutter. There are 120 sets of checking instruments including anion density meter, high-pressure gauge, pressure resistant measuring means, insulation resistance tester, digital LCR gauge, tester of insulation shock & pressure resistance among coil circle gaps, laser dust catcher and light meter etc. It can fully meet the needs of normal production and checking. The production capacity of the company in one shift is now 8 million sets/y of products.
