浙江索伯菲智能科技有限公司成立于2010年11月，是SOBOFE在中国杭州滨江区设立中德合资公司，SOBOFE立足楼宇指纹产业的研究、开发和应用，是业界的楼宇智能安防企业。基于对快速发展的亚太市场的乐观前景，目前公司主要负责SOBOFE公司中国地区重要的业务运作，索伯菲的目标立足房产楼宇市场，把**的楼宇指纹门禁、指纹锁带入中国。
公司一直以“科技创新”为发展战略，按照“高品质、高技术、大市场、大集团”的发展规划，积极健康快速的发展。而公司拥有年轻而富有活力的高素质人才队伍，各类高精机械加工设备及完善的质量检测设施，以及德国提供的技术指导是企业贯彻发展战略，实现企业发展规划并立于市场不败的三大法宝。公司培养的研发人员大多具有十多年的机械产品的研发生产经验，专业涵盖了机制工艺及设备、电子技术、制造工艺、计算机等领域，在机械产品制造装备研制方面有着较丰富的实践经验。
目前索伯菲分别在武汉、成都、上海成立了办事处，公司现有员工300多人。其中杭州总部管理人员23人，大区总监4人，研发部高级工程师5人，技术人员10人，各类行政人员11人。公司拥有国内先进水平的专业化技术队伍，在金华和丽水两处工厂有生产操作人员210多人，占员工总数的67%。现有大专(含)以上学历 65人，大学本科24人，硕士研究生3 人。
